WHAT WOULD CONSTITUTE A GOOD SEASON FOR BARCELONA?

A poor start to the season led to the sacking of Ronald Koeman & the sacking proved to be crucial. Barca legend Xavi Hernandez was appointed & The Catalan Giants took some huge strides. Xavi successfully launched his style of play & improved most of the existing players which in turn gave better results. Barca faltered at the final games of the season but It was a great 6 months for Barca. Xavi's work hasn't gone unnoticed as a plethora of signings arrived in Catalunya. ANALYZING BARCA'S IN'S Barca have bought a world-class goalscorer in Robert Lewandowski who will help Barca convert more of their chances.There might be question marks on whether Lewandowski is the right signing but I fully expect him to carry on his good form. NORTH LONDON DERBY Combined XI This will be the 192nd league meeting between the two giants. Spurs are looking to extend their unbeaten run and Arsenal are looking to end it. Thoughts On The Appointment Of Jose Riviero

Orlando Pirates have announced José Riverio as a new head coach.One might have expected Benni McCarthy or Mandla Ncikazi to get the coveted position and to the disappointment of others neither of them were appointed.José is a great coach and he should be given time like the others before him. Since this is an appointment that caught everyone & everything by suprise . I have decided to examine the task at hand and give my thoughts on how I see him getting on.
